In 1925 – so 3 generations ago – he became a master butcher after getting his degree in law and opened a small butcher´s shop in the Eifel region.

His son Ernst Metz continued the tradition - especially in respect to top-quality- as a master butcher and opened his own first butcher´s store in 1965, which was followed by 4 more in the Cologne area. Even now, “Daddy” is still active and giving us his support in the kitchen.

With the upcoming party-mood in the 70´s, there was an increasing demand for cold buffets, salads, etc. Consequently, with the growing number of satisfied customers, the amount of our services has increased.

Since 1993 my family and I have led the company, which, by moving away from the city of Brühl to the concept-area at the Hamburger Straße, could present itself, in addition to requests for private parties, by coping with the demands for professional events. Our crews at all of our action sites give their best day after day to create happenings again and again.
